This program represents a collaboration between educators and industry leaders, spearheaded by JA of El Paso. Its primary goal is to offer 6th - 12th grade students valuable experiences that are instrumental in shaping their career aspirations. Particularly, the focus is on preparing students for high-wage and high-demand careers, with a special emphasis on opportunities available in the desert southwest region.
